2025 Board of Directors
The Kipuka board of directors is made up of homeowners that live in Kipuka. They volunteer their time to serve on the board and make decisions on behalf of the owners in the community. Board of Directors are elected onto the board by the general membership (the homeowners) at annual meetings when their term is expired in January with three vacancies available every year. Monthly Meetings
The Kipuka Association of Unit Owners (AOUO) holds monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the community pool at 6:30pm. Meetings are open to all homeowners and the Board of Directors encourage active participation. Board meetings are an opportunity to meet and engage with the board to learn about issues facing the community. We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly board meeting and look forward to meeting you.
NOTE: Only homeowners can attend meetings, no exceptions.
