Lanscape Treatment this week! (Updated 5/5/2025)
Landscaping treatment for scales and fungus will take place on Thursday and Friday, May 8th and 9th. This preventative work helps maintain the health of hedges and bushes. For safety, avoid contact with treated foliage, keep children and pets away from landscaped areas, and close windows near treatment zones. Signs will be posted at key locations and updates will be available on WebAxis and FrontSteps. Homeowners with questions may contact Leila Kaneshiro at (808) 792-0509. Thank you for your cooperation.
Kipuka Emergency Phone Line
Hawaiiana Management Company offers an emergency phone line for after-hours issues. Homeowners and residents can call (808) 593-6800 from 5 PM to 8 AM Monday through Friday, and 24/7 on weekends and holidays. An on-call management executive will assist, and if needed, will contact the property management executive and Site Manager for urgent matters. This number is for emergencies in Kipuka common areas, such as water leaks, inoperable gates, or fires, and is not for unit-related complaints.
Yard Decorations and Fireworks Community Reminder
Seasonal yard decorations are permitted in Kipuka 30 days prior to any holiday and must be removed within 15 days after the holiday. Residents displaying decorations will be responsible for the upkeep of their front yards during that time. Regular lawn maintenance will resume once decorations are no longer present. Fireworks in the community are strictly prohibited. Homeowners with questions may contact Leila Kaneshiro at (808) 792-0509. Tenants must contact their landlord and/or property manager with questions.
Motorcyclists can now exit through the main gate!
Motorcyclists can now exit through the gate without issues. When pulling up to the exit gate, stay to the left side marked with blue tape and proceed slowly. If driving too fast, the underground loop protector will not pick up the signal to open the gate. Once the gate starts to open, please wait until the gate is fully open before exiting.
Pool Rules
Kipuka has new signs up at the pool. Residents should familiarize themselves with the rules by reading the governing documents and the new signage. The pool area is monitored with video surveillance, so please follow the rules. Violations will result in warnings and fines. Thank you for your cooperation.
